Booking T&C’s
All traders must have Public Liability Insurance (PLI), it is the individual stall holder’s responsibility to ensure they have the relevant PLI and any other certificates relating to your products/business (e.g. food hygiene, cosmetic safety etc.)
All completed applications are looked at in full and considered for each event. If your application is successful, you will receive a confirmation email initially, and a further email at least 6 weeks prior to the event with an invoice. Payment must be settled no later than 4 weeks prior the event, in the event of non-payment within the specified times (all payment dates are clearly marked on each individual invoice) your space will be cancelled and offered to someone else. If you require longer to settle your invoice, please get in touch for an extension. A £10 non-refundable deposit will be taken, and deferred invoices can be settled within certain time periods (done on an individual basis).
Each venue that Beau-Events uses can differ in space/power availability/equipment etc. Please state clearly on your application if you require additional space/rail/browser/access to electricity etc. Beau-Events provides no extra equipment (e.g. rails) you must bring your own, extra space can be accommodated at no extra charge if feasible for that event, and if clearly stipulated upon application – this will need to be agreed prior to the event
Please make sure you complete the application form fully and in detail, due to the volume of applications and Beau-Events being a very small team (just me!) I will not be responsible for chasing up incomplete application forms.
Sorry, no MLM of franchises accepted.
